The Country Sock

Made from exquisite 75% British Alpaca. These fabulous knee length socks are ribbed with an in-built padded sole and hand linked toe seams, for extra comfort. They are lightweight and warm, and provide a great layer of high performance insulation. They are as soft as cashmere to wear, but built to last. You certainly get what you pay for with these socks.

The biggest bonus is that they can be worn for a week and stay fresh and soft. Alpaca fibre repels odour and bacteria. They are machine washable on a 40° wool cycle - none of this handwashing twaddle!

Please note that the Heather socks on Meggie are not as bright as they appear on her. They are the more subdued and very attractive mauve in the middle of the individual sock pics! Conversley, the Brick socks on Tom are a more true likeness than their studio counterparts. It's not easy you know!
