This is a natural way to help soothe aching, pain and tension from around the neck and shoulders. Just place it in the microwave for a maximum of 2 minutes on a high temperature.
You can also take it out of its alpaca cover and put it in a plastic bag and pop it in the freezer for up to 2 hours to help reduce inflamation.

It measures 14" x 5" ( 35x12cm). The alpaca cover itself can be washed in the machine on a cool wool cycle. When not in use pop it in with your cashmere and alpaca sweaters as moths hate the smell of lavender.
